KM Conversation cum Workshop 2018 concluded

The Annual Knowledge Management Conversation cum Knowledge Management (KM) Workshop 2018 took place at the Police Headquarters on January 24, with over 250 KM enthusiasts taking part in the activity and Director of the Police College Lau Chi-wai officiating at the event in the capacity of Force Knowledge Officer.

Led by Deputy Director 2 of the Police College cum Chief Knowledge Champion Tsang Yim-sheung, seven Force KM Champions reported their KM endeavours in the past year and introduced their KM initiatives in their respective domain for the year ahead. The spirit of "Make KM a Habit" was further promulgated.

Following the KM Conversation, Chair Professor and Director of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Mr Lee Wing-bun delivered a KM workshop with a view to equipping the KM Ambassadors and Peer Advisers with the latest skills in implementing KM.
