Officers of the Peer Adviser Scheme and the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) co-organised a Knowledge Café on the "Necessary Information for the Investigation of Property Fraud Cases" for officers from crime units and uniform branches as well as civilians on January 26.

With the aim of strengthening the participants' ability in combating property fraud, CCB officers explained the modus operandi of such crimes while representatives from The Law Society of Hong Kong and the Estate Agents Authority spoke on the procedure of sale and purchase of real estate, the role of estate agents and the relevant legislation.
