Sixty Junior Police Call (JPC) members from Tsuen Wan, Kwai Tsing and Lantau Districts joined a one-day JPC Leadership and Management Skills Training Camp at JPC@Pat Heung on March 17. The event adopted an application-based learning approach to spread crime prevention messages and develop the participants' skills.

Apart from physical training and team-building exercises, the participants were taught to reflect upon past experience so as to enhance their logical thinking, confidence, interpersonal relationship, team spirit as well as leadership and management skills. Through games such as Dialogue in the Dark experience, they were encouraged to complete tasks on their own. They learned to transform this valuable experience into knowledge and apply the skills in their daily life.
