Forty-six officers of Western District (WDIST) attended a sharing session on covert surveillance under the Western WIKI knowledge management series on March 21.

A guest speaker from the Narcotics Bureau explained the work of "covert surveillance without the use of surveillance device". He talked about the relevant laws and elaborated on the points that must be taken into account when conducting the covert surveillance. The sharing session equipped the attendees with professional knowledge in discharging surveillance work.
