With the joint efforts of frontline officers, North Point Division (NPDIV) reported a significant drop in its overall crime rate by 17.5 per cent from 2016 to 2017. Eastern District Councillor Mr Ting Kong-ho presented a banner and a plaque to NPDIV officers on March 23 for their remarkable performance in combating crime.

Divisional Commander of NPDIV Chow Hung received the banner and plaque. Chairman of Eastern District Fight Crime Committee Mr Leung Chi-kong also attended the presentation ceremony. Ms Chow expressed gratitude to all Eastern District Councillors for their support and she hoped to maintain close contact with them to address community issues.
