Sharing of overseas learning experience

The Police College invited Superintendent Yeung Yuk-leung and Chief Inspector Tsui Suk-yee to talk about their overseas learning experience at a sharing session of the Blue Moon Sharing Series on May 3.

Drawn on the professional knowledge gained at the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom, Mr Yeung shared new thinking in addressing global economic challenges. He highlighted the concept of deregulation, which could possibly be applied in the Hong Kong context to enhance operational efficiency.

On the other hand, Ms Tsui spoke on her learning experience acquired at the Police Executive Research Forum in the United States. She shared ways to improve organisational performance from the perspectives of management and leadership skills, ethics, diversity, bias and prejudice.

The sharing session has inspired the attendees on new ways of management to enhance the capabilities of the Force.
