Sham Shui Po District (SSPODIST) held a basketball friendly match with 10 non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) students from the New Home Association at Cheung Shun Street Playground on June 30 to promote ethnic harmony and a healthy lifestyle.

Officers not only strengthened communication with the NEC students, but also disseminated anti-illegal gambling messages during the World Cup. Both teams played in harmony and the match was concluded, with SSPODIST team winning marginally. SSPODIST will continue to engage with the community and work closely with the relevant organisations to assist NEC to integrate in the community.
