Organisation's rebranding

Mr Lo Bing-chung, former Director of Corporate Communications and External Relations of Link Asset Management Limited and founder of Brothers and Sisters in Christ Foundation Limited, was invited to share with officers the importance of "Rebranding" to an organisation and its staff. This was one of the attempts made by the Police College to promote knowledge management under the "Intellectual 40m Series" on July 18.

With over 40 years of experience in media and public relations, Mr Lo talked about how to tactfully reshape the branding of enterprises. He reiterated the importance of garnering stakeholders' support, securing public recognition and boosting staff morale when facing polarised views.

Over 40 officers enjoyed the fruitful sharing to acquire knowledge beyond police work.
