Kowloon East (KE) Region held a cocktail reception on August 3 for nearly 100 community partners, including members of District Fight Crime Committees (DFCCs), to forge closer ties in fighting crime.

Speaking at the reception, Regional Commander (RC) of KE Cheung Ching highlighted the effectiveness of a number of policing operations in the Region. She expressed gratitude to the DFCC Chairmen and members of Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong and Sai Kung for their continued support to the Force.

Subsequently, two Chief Inspectors from Crime KE and Traffic KE briefed the participants on the crime trend and traffic enforcement work of the Region in the first half of the year. RC KE and the respective Formation Commanders also exchanged views with the participants about local policing issues.
