To strengthen officers' knowledge on frontline operations, the Knowledge Management team invited three seasoned officers to share their experience in anti-vice and decoy operations in New Territories North Region. Over 50 officers attended the sharing in Knowledge Café on July 20.

The three speakers from Yuen Long District, Chief Inspector (Crime) Ho Shun-wing, Officer-in-charge of District Investigation Team (9) Tai Po-yee, and Police Constable Lam Wing-sin of District Crime Squad, explained the main points in planning anti-vice operations and their experience in case management. They also shared their unforgettable moments in undercover operations.

The Knowledge Café enhanced the attendees' understanding of the relevant orders and procedures relating to decoy operations. They responded enthusiastically and exchanged views with the speakers.
