Vice-Governor of Hainan Provincial People's Government cum Director-General of Hainan Provincial Public Security Department (PSD) Mr Fan Huaping led an eight-member delegation to visit the Force between August 1 and 4.

Mr Fan paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Lo Wai-chung. They exchanged views on new crime trends and explored ways to enhance collaboration of the two law enforcement authorities. Both sides looked forward to strengthening communication and partnership with a view to maintaining law and order in their respective jurisdictions.

During the delegates' visit to Hong Kong, they also called on the Narcotics Bureau, the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau and the Personnel Wing for experience exchange.
