Vice-Governor of Qinghai Provincial People's Government cum Director-General of Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department (PSD) Mr Wang Zhengsheng led an eight-member delegation to visit the Force from September 10 to 13.

Mr Wang paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Lo Wai-chung to exchange views on the maintenance of law and order in Qinghai and Hong Kong respectively. They conducted in-depth discussion about enhancing co-operation of the two law enforcement authorities. Both sides looked forward to strengthening communication and partnership.

During their stay in Hong Kong, the delegation also visited the Personnel Wing, the Operations Wing, the Traffic Headquarters and Central District for experience exchange.
