Prevention of occupational accidents

Head of Corporate Safety of MTR Corporation Dr Vincent Ho gave a sharing session of the Beyond Boundaries Learning Series at the Police Headquarters on October 15, at the invitation of the Force Knowledge Management Champion (Good Practices) Alice Lee.

Dr Ho shared with officers his profound knowledge and extensive experience in the field of occupational safety and health. He explained the importance of developing a safety culture, supervisory management styles and the concept of cultivating safety leaders.

More than 50 officers from different Formations of the Force had close communication with Dr Ho in the session. They were deeply impressed by Dr Ho's commitment to occupational safety and health and were inspired by his insights.
