Eastern District (EDIST) presented awards to 23 non-commissioned officers, police constables, traffic officers and civilian officers on November 16 for their outstanding performance and professionalism in a presentation ceremony of Eastern District Outstanding Officers Awards 2017.

Officiating at the ceremony were EDIST Commander Rupert Dover, Chairman of Eastern District Fight Crime Committee (EDFCC) Dr Yeung Wai-hong and Vice-chairman of EDFCC Mr Liu Kam-hing. EDFCC also presented a certificate to the District Anti-Triad Section of EDIST in appreciation of their professionalism, diligence and dedication in investigating a triad-related assault case in North Point on August 3.
