Meet A Commissioner Rank Officer in Lunch Hour

The Police College has leveraged on the knowledge sharing platform of "Meet A Commissioner Rank Officer" (MACRO) to launch a new learning series known as "MACRO@Lunch Hour" from December. Commissioner Rank Officers (CROs) are invited to share their policing perspectives during lunchtime. Through these sharing sessions, officers have a chance to closely interact with CROs, and learn more about the Force's strategic projects and its future development.

On December 4, the Police College invited Assistant Commissioner (Service Quality) Chung Sze-pong as the first speaker of this new series. Mr Chung talked about the direction of the Service Quality Wing (SQW) Action Plan 2018-2019, key projects under his charge, as well as promotion interview techniques.

The sharing session enhanced the attendees' understanding of how the projects in SQW are interconnected, and the importance of service delivery and quality management. The sharing was well received by the attendees who found it particularly useful in preparing for their upcoming promotion interviews.
