The Police College invited Dr Peter Neyroud, Deputy Director of the Police Executive Programme in the Institute of Criminology of the University of Cambridge, to speak about ethical leadership at a sharing session of the Management Development Programme on December 14.


Being a renowned lecturer in Evidence-based Policing and having served previously as Chief Constable of Thames Valley in the United Kingdom, Dr Neyroud shared his knowledge on how to integrate his policing experience into the academia. He stressed that one should achieve higher ethical standards of conduct in a bid to become an ethical leader. Over 50 officers attended the sharing session to learn how to be an ethical leader.
