A representative of a construction company presented pennants to Sham Shui Po District (SSPODIST) Commander Ho Kai-hin, Acting Deputy Commander Chan Po-lun and officers of District Intelligence Section (DIS) and District Investigation Team 5 (DIT 5) respectively on January 22 in recognition of their leadership and dedication to detecting a series of thefts.

In late October 2018, a number of thefts occurred at the construction sites of Phase VI of Shek Kip Mei Redevelopment Project. DIS and DIT 5 conducted investigation and swiftly arrested two culprits. The officers displayed a high degree of professionalism and devotion to duty.
