A representative of Hopewell Management Limited presented banners to officers of Task Force Sub-Unit of Wanchai Division (TFSU WCHDIV) and the Emergency Unit of Hong Kong Island (EU HKI) on February 13 in recognition of their professional ability and swift response in handling two cases of suspicious persons at Hopewell Centre.

Staff of the management office of Hopewell Centre saw suspicious persons in the premises on August 24 and December 15 last year. They reported the incidents, respectively, to the Police. Officers from TFSU WCHDIV and EU HKI promptly arrived at the scene and conducted thorough sweeps of the area. The officers found a suspicious man for the first case on August 24. Following investigation, the suspect was arrested for "Loitering".
