New Territories South (NTS) Regional Commander Patrick Laidler, Deputy Regional Commander Kwan Chui-ching and Senior Superintendent (Administration) Ngai Shiu-kei invited NTS representatives of the Junior Police Officers' Association (JPOA) to a luncheon on March 4. The management took the opportunity to enhance communication and exchanges with frontline officers.

Mr Laidler expressed his gratitude to the representatives for their work and contribution. The representatives talked about their daily work and challenges in a relaxed environment. They also gave suggestions to the Force and spoke about their welfare needs.
