Tseung Kwan O District invited the Police Band to visit the Catholic Ming Yuen Secondary School in Tseung Kwan O for a music exchange on February 20.

The Police Band and the school orchestra performed a wide range of music genres, from pop to classical music, as well as children's pieces. All the participants enjoyed the melodious notes and rhythm. The beautiful performance of the Police Pipe Band fascinated over 200 teachers and students. The Police Band invited the students to act as impromptu conductors on stage to evoke their resonance. The programme also covered the history of the Police Band and a question-and-answer session.

The event received high acclaim from the school. The school representatives appreciated the interactive programme for raising students' interest in music. It is hoped that both parties would continue to build a harmonious community through music.
