Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented promotion letters to 18 officers, as well as CP's Commendations to the School of Foundation Training and four officers on April 11.

Heading the promotion list are Mr Yuen Yuk-kin and Ms Chan Yee-lai, promoted to Assistant Commissioner. Messrs Steven Tait, Tse Ming-yeung, Wong Chi-kwong and Lee Chung-wah as well as Ms Fung Siu-lan have been promoted to Chief Superintendent (CSP).

Promoted to Senior Superintendent (SSP) are Messrs Chan Po-lun, Leung Yan-kit, Mak Man-yu, Ngai Chi-shung and Yip Siu-ming as well as Ms Ip Ka-yee, Ms Ng Wing-sze, Ms Tam Nga-ching and Ms Tang Suk-chun. Mr Man Kwok-fung has been promoted to Chief Telecommunications Engineer.

Mr Mark Anstiss, who was absent from a previous presentation, received a letter confirming his promotion to CSP.

Mr Chan Tin-chu and Ms Lai Pik-ngor, promoted to SSP, were absent from the presentation and will receive their promotion letters on the next occasion.

On the same occasion, Mr Lo presented CP's Formation/Unit Commendation to the School of Foundation Training. Mr Lo also presented CP's Commendations to CSPs Chan Man-tak and Lee Chung-wah, Superintendent Wong Wai-yin and Chief Inspector Lo Yee-chung.
