The New Territories North (NTN) Regional Crime Prevention Office held the NTN Region Best Security Service Awards Presentation Ceremony 2018 at Yuen Long Theatre on May 20.

Officiating at the ceremony were NTN Regional Commander Kwok Yam-yung, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Dr Johnnie Chan, Chairman of The Hong Kong Security Association Mr Gary Bukowicki, Secretary of the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority Ms Rebecca Mak and chairmen of District Fight Crime Committees of Tai Po, North District, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun.

A total of 230 security guards and 191 properties were commended at the ceremony. Mr Kwok Yam-yung expressed gratitude to the security sector for working closely with the Police in security work. He expressed hope that the security sector would continue to prevent and fight crime under Project LinkGuard to build a safe community.
