Border District (BORDIST) made arrangements for 30 representatives of the North District Fight Crime Committee (NDFCC) and the North District Office of the Home Affairs Department to visit BORDIST on May 24 and join a guided tour of "Fun Frontier Walk 2019", which was one of the celebration activities for the 175th anniversary of the Hong Kong Police Force.

The visit started with a guided tour to the MacIntosh Fort on Pak Fu Shan. Afterwards, the guests called on Ta Kwu Ling Police Station, where the docents introduced the historic buildings, the history of border defence and police work in BORDIST. All the guests appreciated the guided tour for enhancing visitors' knowledge of the history of border defence and police work in BORDIST, as well as educating the community about the different nature of police work and projecting a professional image of the Force.
