The Road Safety Office of Traffic Kowloon East (T KE) will display the winning entries of the Road Safety Design Competition at Lam Tin MTR Station in August to spread road safety messages to the public. The competition was held earlier this year and the winning entries had been displayed at Yau Tong MTR Station in June.

On the other hand, the Road Safety Office and the Kowloon Motor Bus Company (KMB) led some Road Safety Elderly Ambassadors from Sau Mau Ping District to visit the Kowloon Bay KMB Depot on May 24 to raise the safety awareness of elderly passengers in public transport. After the ambassadors attended a lecture about passenger safety given by a KMB representative, they were led to tour the depot and learn about the daily work of bus drivers.

More talks and visits will be held with the KMB for Road Safety Elderly Ambassadors in KE Region to increase their awareness of passenger safety.
