The Juvenile Protection Section of New Territories North Region (NTN) arranged 45 juvenile members of Project Skyrunner, who had been cautioned under the Police Superintendent's Discretion Scheme, to visit Lo Wu Correctional Institution and Pik Uk Prison on July 18 and August 21 respectively through the Rehabilitation Pioneer Project of the Correctional Services Department (CSD).

The members toured the facilities of the correctional institutions, and talked with some inmates to learn about their lives. The visits enabled the members to think about the serious consequences of committing crimes, thereby increasing their law-abiding awareness. They were encouraged to treasure the chance of turning over a new leaf.
