Secretary for the Civil Service (SCS) Mr Joshua Law presented certificates to 100 civil servants with outstanding work performance at the SCS's Commendation Award Presentation Ceremony 2019 on November 5. Nineteen Force members have been commended this year, making the Force the government department with the highest number of awardees.


Deputy Commissioner (Management) Kwok Yam-shu and Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Chan Joon-sun attended the ceremony to share the joy with the Force awardees, among whom included Senior Superintendent Lau Cheng-fung, Chief Inspector Lai Chin-keung, Station Sergeants Leung Tai-yiu, Ng Yiu-wai, Chan Wai-man, Lau Chi-wing, Tsang Ho, Gun Man-kwai, Chan Yin-kit, Lam Kin-chung, Kwan Kin-sang, Sergeants Choy Suet-fong, Cheng Kwok-chun, Senior Police Constable Lo Chi-hung and Senior Radio Mechanic Wong Shu-ming.


The SCS's Commendation Award Scheme was introduced in 2004 to honour civil servants who have achieved outstanding performance for at least five consecutive years.
