Other officiating guests included Acting Assistant District Officer of Central and Western District Office, Mr Henry Lau; Chairman of C&W DFCC, Mr Ip Yik-nam; Chairman of Crime Prevention Working Group of C&W DFCC, Mr Lam Chun-fung; Chairman of WDIST Junior Police Call Honorary President Council, Dr Lam Wai-wing; Chairman of CDIST Junior Police Call Honorary President Council, Mr Tong Tai-kam; Chairman of WDIST Senior Police Call Honorary President Council, Mr Chan Wai-chuen; and Vice-chairman of CDIST Senior Police Call Honorary President Council, Ms Lam Yuet-ping.

After the ceremony, Ms Wong Siu-hing and Assistant District Commander of CDIST (Operation 1) Man Ngar-man, together with the officiating guests and Evergreen Ambassadors, distributed fight-crime leaflets and souvenirs to local residents and patrons of shops and restaurants, calling on them to stay vigilant and join hands with the police in fighting crime.
