Regional Crime Prevention Office of Hong Kong Island (RCPO HKI) held a number of seminars for Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Merchants Association and Hong Kong Dried Seafood and Grocery Merchants Association in December 2019 to disseminate crime prevention messages.

Officers reminded the attendees to enhance shop security measures to prevent burglary ahead of the festive season. They also alerted the attendees to stay vigilant against phone and email scams, blackmail and other prevalent crimes. Crime prevention leaflets and calendars were distributed to the attendees. Meanwhile, representatives of the associations expressed support for the Force and thanked police officers for their devotion to work.
