Tsuen Wan District (TWDIST) held a publicity campaign at Princess Alexandra Community Centre on December 21, 2019 to disseminate winter precaution and anti-drug messages. As a prelude to the campaign, a chorus was performed by 20 Senior Police Call fight crime ambassadors under the direction of two retired police officers, and an African drum performance was staged by primary students in the district.

In 2019, Tsuen Wan District Fight Crime Committee (TW DFCC) created a working group to select the best police officers. From a shortlist of 12 best sergeants and 18 best police constables in TWDIST, two sergeants and six police constables were selected as TWDIST's outstanding police officers of the year. Acting District Commander of TWDIST Tan Wing-cheung, together with TW DFCC Chairman Mr Chiu Yiu-nin and the convenor of the best police officers' selection working group Mrs Yim Tsui Yuk-shan, presented awards to the winners at the event.
