Tsuen Wan District (TWDIST) and Tsuen Wan District Fight Crime Committee (TW DFCC) jointly organised a winter precaution publicity event at Princess Alexandra Community Centre on January 2.

Members of the Hong Kong Police Painting and Calligraphy Club were invited to write Fai Chun at the event. Convenor of a working group of TW DFCC Mr Lo Siu-kit, TW DFCC member Mr Chan Yee-kwong, Tsuen Wan District Council member Mr Kot Siu-yuen, Vice-chairperson of TWDIST Junior Police Call (JPC) Honorary President Council Ms Chu Mau-lam, together with TWDIST Senior Police Call and JPC members attended the event to show support and distribute Fai Chun and anti-crime leaflets to members of the public. Deputy District Commander of TWDIST Tan Wing-cheung sent his warm regards to members of the public when giving out Fai Chun to them. The event was held in a pleasant and joyous atmosphere.
