Commissioner Tang Ping-keung presented promotion letters to nine officers on February 27.

Mr Rupert Dover and Mr Chow Yat-ming have been promoted to Assistant Commissioner. Promoted to Chief Superintendent (CSP) are Messrs Leung Tsz-kin, Ho Chun-chung, Lam Hung-chuen, Choi Tung-tsoi, Ip Che-man, Chan Kin-kwok and Ms Chin Tsang-lo.

Mr Peter Whitton and Mr Law Yuet-wing have been promoted to CSP while Mr Hsu Tung-fai has been promoted to Controller (Police Telecommunications). The above three officers were absent from the presentation and will receive their promotion letters on the next occasion.
