The Police Mobile Recruitment Station (PMRS) promotional truck has been deployed to travel around Hong Kong from November 23 to December 21, to publicise police recruitment information and serve as a venue for applicants to undergo the selection process.
The PMRS provides recruitment information to enhance the public’s understanding of the recruitment process for probationary inspectors, police constables and auxiliary police officers. Through scenario-based decision-making games, the public could experience how police officers handle frontline cases. In addition, officers will share training tips for the physical fitness test, including vertical jump, handgrip strength test, 4 x 10m shuttle-run and 800m run. Trials of the handgrip strength test and the initial screening test are also available. Tertiary students can submit applications for joining the Police Mentorship Programme or Project ACHIEVE on the PMRS.
The PMRS also serves as a venue for applicants to undergo the Police Constable Group Interview and the Practical Incident Handling Test. The public are welcome to submit on-site applications or take part in the selection process at the specific time slots on the PMRS. Please refer to the Police Public Page and police social media platforms for the locations of the PMRS and time slots of the selection process.
