Superintendent Lam Yiu led a 25-member delegation to join the Mainland Development Training at Guangdong Police College in Guangzhou between September 11 and 16. They attended a series of lectures given by mainland experts on national strategy and development, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development and base-level police operation models. Moreover, the visits to Guangzhou Huale Police Station and intelligent automobile manufacturing plant allowed participants to experience the public security management and technological development.
The training delegation has deepened the participants’ understanding of the history and development of the motherland. At the same time, it has strengthened co-operation and exchanges between the police agencies of the two places through learning the concepts of policing, public security management and criminal investigation in the Mainland.
