The Short Course Masters Swimming Competition organised by the Hong Kong China Swimming Association was held in Shing Mun Valley Swimming Pool on January 28. The Force’s swimming team registered admirable results by capturing 4 gold, 4 silver and 12 bronze medals.

The competition attracted around 1 500 entries, gathering elite swimmers from overseas, the Mainland and Hong Kong. Thanks to the perseverance of the swimmers of the Police Swimming Club (PSC) in training and preparation during the cold winter days, they were able to achieve good results while competing against the very best in the sport. The PSC Chairman expressed appreciation for the swimmers’ efforts, and said that the details of the nascent junior squad would be announced in the near future.

PSC starts the year with good results in the competition.
