Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island (RC HKI) Kwok Ka-chuen (fifth left, front row) presented Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Long and Meritorious Service Certificates for Civilian Staff, Commanding Officer’s Commendations and Best Duty Officer Team Awards 2023 to 127 officers and civilian staff members at a presentation ceremony held at the Police Officers’ Club on April 19. RC HKI commended the recipients for their exemplary services and contributions to the Force.
