Head of the Health Informatics and Technology Office of the Department of Health (DH) Dr To May-kei led a team of over 20 DH officers to visit the Information Systems Wing (ISW) to learn from the Force its experience in implementation of digital projects.

Assistant Commissioner (Information Systems) (ACP IS) Kwan Chui-ching introduced the latest developments in digital policing to the DH officers and showcased various innovative technology solutions developed by ISW, including the AI Chatbot “iQ”, eCasualty Management System (eCMS) and Disaster Victim Post-mortem Information System. The DH officers were particularly interested in the cross-departmental data integration and exchange in eCMS, leading to in-depth discussions between both parties to explore future collaboration possibilities.
