Commissioner Siu Chak-yee met with 30 Police Mentorship Programme (PMP) summer interns from local, mainland and overseas universities/tertiary institutions on August 16. The dialogue included various topics on qualities of leadership, engaging young people and recommendations for PMP. The Commissioner also shared his experience during his police career in different roles. He encouraged the mentees to master the learning opportunities and experiences arising from various challenges. The interns said that they were deeply inspired by the Commissioner and gained a deeper understanding of the Force’s goals and mission, laying a solid foundation for joining the Force in the future.
