Summer interns from the Police Community Relations Office of the Yau Tsim District (YTDIST) and Project Gemstone members collaborated with the staff of the Christian Action to visit the Kowloon Mosque between August 5 and 7. They explained to the Muslim community the application process of the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens), as well as helping the Muslims fill in the forms and answering their questions. The activity not only provided practical assistance to the Muslim community but also reflected the Force’s determination to build an inclusive community with social welfare organisations.
