The first station of Good Citizen Award (GCA) Roving Exhibition was held at New Town Plaza in Shatin between August 12 and 18. The exhibition, which takes “Hello • Good Citizen” as its theme to greet the public, also conveys the message that everyone can become a good citizen who will step up and assist the Force in fighting crime. 

The venue was decorated in a large chessboard featuring landmarks of Hong Kong’s 18 districts, implying that there are good citizens in every district who will promote the spirit of law abiding and helping others to every corner of society. In addition to various hotspots for taking photos, there were game booths and quiz machines. Participants who completed the tasks could win exquisite souvenirs of the Good Citizen Alliance.

The exhibition received an overwhelming response and attracted over 5 000 visitors. Participants said that the exhibition allowed them to gain a better understanding of GCA and they would spread the spirit of being a good citizen. The upcoming exhibition will be held at apm between October 15 and 21. Please stay tuned.
