Director of Personnel and Training Choi Chin-pang (DPT) led a three-member delegation to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Uzbekistan) from September 4 to 6. DPT signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Head of the Academy Mr Rustam Khatamov to promote comprehensive collaboration in police training and development. Both parties guaranteed their commitment to sharing knowledge and best practice on police training, management and leadership development, and exchanging experience in police teaching and application of technologies in training.


In the subsequent meeting between DPT and Head of the Academy, both parties emphasised the importance of international co-operation in police training and looked forward to more diversified education collaboration between the two institutions.
