Regional Commander of Marine (RC MAR) Ng Cheuk-hang was invited to attend the 20th Heads of Asian Coast Guard Agencies Meeting held in Incheon, South Korea between September 2 and 6 to discuss various marine security issues with representatives of maritime enforcement agencies of 22 countries and two international agencies. Five working groups were established under the meeting, in which participating maritime enforcement agencies presented pivotal initiatives they promoted and shared their best practices. They also exchanged views on combatting illicit activities across sea borders, upholding maritime security and protecting marine environment.
