“Detective Plus” Knowledge Management (KM) Champion Kwan King-pan and KM Regional Coordinator of Hong Kong Island Law Kwok-hoi jointly held a sharing session of Detective Casebook Series on September 5. Senior Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions Mr Lai Kim-wah was invited to be the guest speaker to share his knowledge and experience on the prosecution of serious crimes and homicide cases. The sharing attracted around 80 crime officers who attended physically and over 250 live-streaming viewers from Regional venues and via P-TV.

In the sharing, Kwan King-pan introduced the work progress of “Detective Plus” to the participants, and reminded officers-in-charge of cases about the importance of meticulous handling of documents in relation to court proceedings and thorough preparation for trials.
