To observe Shenzhen’s arrangement in crowd management and traffic coordination during large-scale events, the District Commander of Sau Mau Ping District Tse Tsui-yan led a five-member delegation to Shenzhen between September 12 and 13. The delegation visited the Shenzhen Universiade Center in Longgang District and the Shenzhen Bay Sports Centre in Nanshan District.
