To enhance officers’ understanding on railway policing in various regions, the Railway Division of Operations Wing participated in the Railway Security Forum held in Hangzhou in September. The annual forum is hosted on a rotational basis by respective railway operators of Beijing, Hangzhou and Shenzhen. The forum this year was organised by Hangzhou MTR Corporation Limited (MTRCL), which aimed to strengthen the communication and collaboration among the railway operators and law enforcement officers of the abovementioned three places and Hong Kong, as well as exploring the development, challenges and response approaches in policing of the regions.
