To help officers understand more about the Civil Service Public Housing Quota Scheme (CSPHQ), Police Quartering Division (PQD) has produced a P-TV video outlining the application process, eligibility criteria, income and asset declaration requirements, exemption conditions and other important matters related to CSPHQ. The video has garnered over 20 000 views in just two weeks since its being uploaded to POINT in early November.

In addition, PQD organised two seminars followed by Q&A sessions in November to elucidate the arrangement under the 2024/2025 CSPHQ. Colleagues took the opportunities to discuss with the PQD representatives on the problems and concerns about their applications. The Powerpoint slides of the seminars have been uploaded to the website of PQD for reference.
