The Police College arranged Senior Superintendent Au-Yeung Siu-kong to visit Paris between October 28 and November 1 to attend the “Leading for Results” management course organised by Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires. He studied and interchanged views with over 30 senior executives from various countries to understand the management and leadership modes in different industries.

Through various case studies and group discussions, the five-day programme facilitated participants to understand how they could build high-performing teams and sustain team momentum amidst changes, conflicts and crises. Au-Yeung Siu-kong exchanged experience with management executives from different organisations and interchanged views on management challenges.
