Chief Executive (CE) Mr John Lee presented honours and awards at the 2024 Honours and Awards Presentation Ceremony in the Government House on November 23. A total of 140 Force members were recognised on the 2024 Honours List announced on July 1.

Deputy Commissioner Chan Joon-sun, Assistant Commissioners Chan Yee-lai and Chan Man-tak were awarded the Hong Kong Police Medal for Distinguished Service. Moreover, 22 officers received the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service.

Furthermore, 115 officers were presented with the CE’s Commendation for Government/Public Service for their outstanding performance in the Force.
