Kowloon East (KE), in collaboration with non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) community leaders, held the Juvenile and Child Protection Seminar at the Tseung Kwan O Police Station on December 17, 2024 to explore the establishment of a safe and inclusive environment for children. Deputy Regional Commander of KE Mark Anstiss officiated at the seminar and invited participants to share their diverse experiences and perspectives. Following the seminar, a lunch featuring non-Chinese cuisine was organised to disseminate the message of inclusion.
