The Senior Police Call (SPC) Central Advisory Board (CAB) held its Round Table Conference 2024 on December 6, 2024, gathering over a hundred SPC Honorary Presidents and Captains from 22 Districts to brainstorm and contribute ideas to the future development of SPC.
Speaking at the conference, Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island (RC HKI) cum Chairperson of SPC CAB Kwok Ka-chuen said that this year marked the tenth anniversary of SPC, with its membership having grown to over 18 000 to date. The Force and SPC CAB always attached great importance to opinions of Honorary Presidents and members. Many suggestions from the previous Round Table Conference were adopted over the past two years.
During the conference, participants discussed and exchanged views on main areas such as “Looking Back and Ahead”, “Brand Image”, “Role Positioning” and “Organisational Collaboration”. The SPC Secretariat would collate and analyse the feedback for planning and formulating SPC’s future development direction and strategies.
