Since 2018, the Force has been honoured consecutively with both the Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award and the Hong Kong MIKE Award. In 2024, the Force continued to win the Global MIKE Award 2024 and earned the distinction as one of the three Top Winners in the Hong Kong MIKE Award. Moreover, the Force achieved a significant milestone in knowledge management (KM) by receiving the Best in Knowledge Culture Award, which was introduced in 2023 to evaluate an organisation’s performance in various areas. This recognition underscores the Force’s remarkable efforts in fostering KM culture.

The Force has been dedicated to promoting KM through strengthening its organisation structure and applying innovative technologies, including implementation of the KM Championship Scheme, active participation from KM Ambassadors, organising KM activities under the KM Wisdom Buffet series, enhancing the KM Portal infrastructure and sharing KM information through the latest Force applications.

AI-based knowledge model is introduced in the KM meeting.
